Dr. Jeremy Servantez grew up in Mason City, Iowa and attended Iowa State University for both his undergraduate and veterinary education. After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Servantez went on to complete an equine veterinary internship at Idaho Equine Hospital in Nampa, Idaho where he received specialized training in internal medicine, sports medicine, surgery, and reproduction. Dr. Servantez furthered his education with the University of Tennessee and the Orthopedic Research Center at Colorado State University where he received is certification as an equine rehabilitation practitioner which has allowed him to incorporate a variety of non-invasive therapeutic techniques to improve his patients quality of movement while offering non-traditional pain management methods. His primary interests include equine rehabilitation and sports medicine, and internal medicine. In his off-time, Dr. Servantez enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking with his wife, Chelsea. Dr. Servantez is a member of the American Association of Equine Practitioners, American Association of Rehabilitation Veterinarians, and of the Iowa Veterinary Medical Association.
