Katie spent a good part of her childhood growing up in Gainesville, Florida. She graduated from The University of Findlay in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Western Equestrian Studies and Equine Marketing. In 2013, Katie moved to Okinawa Japan with her husband, and taught horseback riding at Amicus International. After spending four years overseas, Katie and her husband moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa to start a new chapter. Katie loves to spend time with her family by going to the park, playing with her 3 dogs, and traveling to new places around Iowa.
